How to eLodge an Amended Initiating Application
If you seek to change or submit additional orders sought to your original Form 1 Initiating Application, you may seek to file an Amended Application. You may require leave of the Court to file an Amended Application.
An amended application must be prepared in accordance with Rule 11.12 of the Family Law Rules 2004.
You must prepare your Amended Application in the exact same manner as your original Form 1 Initiating Application. Any amendments may be made by placing a line though the text to be changed and underlining the new text or using a difference type face to indicate the new text.
Your application must be clearly marked "Amended" on the first page.

Uploading your amended application to the Portal
Search for your file in the search icon at the top of the page or click on the available files tab.
Click onto your file to open up the list of existing applications. Then click onto the Final orders Application.
Select Add Document.
Confirm your e-Filing Obligations to proceed to the next step.
Under Document Type, select Amended Application and choose the filing party.
You will then need to use the Browse button to locate your saved amended application from your computer system. The document must be saved as a pdf file. Once you have completed this step, you can proceed to click on the Upload button.
You will then receive confirmation that your upload was successful. A transaction receipt will produce for you to retain for your records.
