Case Management Guidelines
The Case Management Guidelines contain information about the Court’s case management system and details of how the Court progresses the cases before it.
Individual matters will be dealt with on their own facts and, where there is good reason, the Court may permit departure from the Guidelines. When considering whether to depart from the Guidelines, the Court will consider the effect upon the individual case, as well as the effect on other cases and the availability of Court resources.
