All document lodgement at the Family Court of Western Australia is now by way of the eCourts portal.
To commence using this portal you will need to register with your file number and participant I.D please contact the Family Court call centre to obtain this number on (08) 9224 8222. If you are an employee of a law firm you will need to contact the administrator of your law firm who will be able to create your new eCourts Portal account.
If you are experiencing any technical difficulties with your eCourts Portal account, please contact the Courts Technology Helpdesk at ctghelpdesk@justice.wa.gov.au or (08) 9425 2645.

A new Information Note has been issued by the Principal Registrar
Commencing on 19 August 2024, Registrars will make procedural orders in Chambers on all Form 1 Applications seeking financial orders only upon filing, to assist in progressing the matter in a timely and cost-effective manner.
